Grow up in Pedro Aguirre Cerda
Pedro Aguirre
Cerda is a commune south of santiago founded a couple of decades ago, is a
small community that work to the local commerce, as for example the free fairs,
this driven by the proximity of the market “lo Valledor”.
Unfortunately,
crimes such as drug trafficking and shootings abound, grow up in Pedro Aguirre
Cerda, it means learning to identify fireworks or bullets, witness fighting
between neighbors, see how they consume and sell drugs in the public. It is
common to see how sometimes the kids of the passage take them to the SENAME because the parents did not show they could give them proper care.
Education in public schools is lousy and the opportunity is a professional technical school, where at least upon completion you could get immediate work. Many decide not to finish school to work before, by legal or illegal ways. It is common that the corners of the passages spend with people day and night, fortunately are not to steal from the neighbors themselves, literally the person of the corner has possibly shared the basic with the person who studies a superior career. What really separates life from both? both were children with dreams that were bending for lack of opportunities and a world that seems to move forward without looking back
I wish
there was an immediate solution, but life is quick and it does not take long to
take those who have been abandoned to their fate.
I hope this situation can get better soon
